Should I walk around the house with you?

Absolutely. We welcome your presence and appreciate the opportunity to educate you on your home’s components. When we have completed our time-tested process, we are happy to address any questions that have arisen

Can my agent be there too?

Yes! Agents are encouraged to be there and be engaged. At LiCHI we appreciate the knowledge and experience that agents bring to the table.

The Report

What should I be looking for?

My reports have lots of images to help you recall what you’re looking at. The comments are separated into “Safety Hazards”, “Recommended Repairs”, and “Maintenance Items.”

Will there be recommendations on who to call?

While we don’t provide specific contractor referrals in the context of the report we do let you know what type of contractor or vendor should address the issue.

Follow-up

Can I call you if I have questions after I get the report?

Definitely! We love to talk about houses and inspections.

Can you give me some preferred contractors to call?

We do have a few contractors we can refer but we always recommend you get 3 estimates in each area for quotes and to do some research.
